KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY - Firefighters were on the move late Saturday afternoon in one part of Luzerne County.

Flames broke out in the front wall of a second floor apartment in the 400-block of Main Street in Kingston just before 5:00 PM. The apartment is just above the business "The Paper Kite Shop."

The building only suffered minor smoke and water damage.

"When I opened up my center window in the front room, that's when the smoke was coming from the wall and they ripped the walls apart," fire victim Ron KIbbler said.

No one was hurt. Firefighters say the flames most likely started because of an electrical problem. The cause of the fire has been ruled accidental.
