NEWFOUNDLAND, WAYNE COUNTY -- Part of a Wayne County business is in ruins after a fire Monday afternoon.

The fire quickly moved through part of the Cadosia Valley Lumber Company. Firefighters extinguished the flames, but a significant portion of the building was destroyed.

We're told the place was in the process of re-opening after it closed down a few months ago.

A state police fire marshal is investigating.
