HAZLETON, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Authorities plan to condemn a Hazleton apartment building after a weekend fire.

I-Witness pictures show the scene of Saturday night's fire in the 300-block of Carleton Avenue. A short in electrical equipment on a second floor rear porch caused the flames.

No one was hurt but the building sustained heavy damage. The Red Cross is assisting the two families who escaped the fire.
