WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Residents in one Wilkes-Barre neighborhood are saying enough is enough.

A building along Holland Street in Wilkes-Barre was gutted by fire in July. Since then it's become a dumping ground. Bags of garbage, old furniture and old carpeting are piling up on the property. Neighbors say they're tired of looking at the mess.

Residents tell Eyewitness News the city is waiting for federal funds to tear down the place. In the meantime, they say they hope nothing else happens to the eyesore that will put anyone in harm's way.
