NEW PHILADELPHIA, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- Flames rip through a Schuylkill County double block home for the second time in three months.

It happened early Tuesday morning at a vacant home on Wiggan Street in New Philadelphia. Investigators believe the fire started in the back of the building.

Neighbors want it torn down, fearing their homes are in danger. Fire first damaged the place in August. That blaze was ruled arson.

There’s no word yet on how it started.
