LUZERNE COUNTY -- WVIA is totaling-up the damage from fire that destroyed the TV station's transmitter building in Hanover Township.

Flames sparked again overnight from Friday afternoon's fire that had crews fighting it for several hours.

WVIA says the station lost at least 1-million dollars in equipment. WVIA is expected to be back into 90% of homes with cable TV within 2-days.

The radio FM signal will take a bit longer -- but should be up within a week.
