BEAR CREEK TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- Fire officials say a late night fire in Bear Creek Township is a case of arson.

It started around 11:00 Sunday night along Pittston Boulevard. Firefighters say this was the second fire at this house. The first one happened late Saturday night.

Two people who live at the house were not staying there last night because of that first fire.
