On Friday Rita's Italian Ice will give away free 10-ounce water ice to celebrate the first day of Spring.

But this year there's a challenge awaiting customers. After downing a taste of Rita's new Mystery Flavor, customers are asked to think up a name for it? The reward for the winner: free Rita's Italian Ice for a year. It's a new twist on Rita's 17th annual First Day of Spring Italian Ice Giveaway.
