Muncy Township, Lycoming County-

Susquehanna Health System set up a free health fair Friday at the Lycoming Mall.

Follow Your Heart Day featured about a dozen individual events in which shoppers could participate.

Some highlights included CPR training, strength training, and healthy cooking tips. There were also free screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure, breathing, and more.

Dozens of people took advantage of the free help offered by Susquehanna Health System.
