On Friday, police arrested two women who allegedly tainted the food of a woman with special needs.

Wyoming County detectives arrested Kimberly Holzlein and Jill Hillard, both from Tunkhannock. They worked for "The ARC" in Wyoming County and were taking care of a Special needs woman at a group home in Tunkhannock.

.Police say they put human feces in the food and drink of at least one client and slapped a second woman The District Attorney told us they even joked about it.

ARC provides services to people with special needs in Wyoming and Luzerne counties. Investigators say Holzlein admitted to tainting the food of a woman, because she was mad at her.

The investigation is continuing.
