LUZERNE COUNTY - Former Luzerne Co. Commissioner Greg Skrepenak is expected to plead guilty Tuesday.
He's charged with taking a $5000 bribe from a developer.
The commissioner accepted a plea agreement and resigned back in December.
Skrepenak could face up to 3 years in prison. | | |
