HANOVER TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- The former president of a youth soccer organization has been charged with stealing money from the group.

Hanover Township police say Edward Albert Jr. stole over $42,000 from Hanover Athletic Leagues. That league also includes basketball.

Albert is free on $5,000 bail.
