KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY- Kingston Police say a former Luzerne County pastor was arrested for fondling two teenaged girls he was supposed to be teaching.

Brian Neiswender turned himself in to Kingston Police on Wednesday. He's charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Police say he molested two 14-year-old girls between 2003 and 2006 when he served as a youth pastor. The alleged crimes took place at Christ Community Church in Kingston.

Neiswender has since moved to Florida where he is now youth pastor at another church.
