SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- The former director of a Lackawanna County personal care facility faces up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to neglect.
Back in July, Thomas Brown was charged in Lackawanna County court.
Brown was director of residential care at the Birch Hills Personal Care Home in Simpson.
