BLOOMSBURG, COLUMBIA COUNTY- A former Bucknell University professor guilty of sexual assault is headed to prison, even though he hasn't been sentenced.
Shouting erupted in court Monday afternoon at the sentencing hearing for 73-year-old Jack Harclerode in Columbia County Court.
His attorney wanted the hearing continued because an expert witness wasn't there due to a scheduling conflict. That set off an argument between the judge and Harclerode's attorney.
The judge revoked bail and sent Harclerode to prison while he sorts things out.
