LUZERNE COUNTY -- Another person is charged in the ongoing federal corruption probe. The FBI and other officials announced 33-year-old Jeffrey Piazza of Jenkins Township is facing mail fraud charges.

Piazza is accused of being involved in a scheme to defraud the Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technical School of thousands of dollars in hidden kickbacks, while Piazza was employed at the school. The charge carries a maximum of 30 years in prison and up to a $1,000,000 fine.
