SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A former Scranton Police officer convicted on drug charges will spend at least one month behind bars for the crime.

Mark Conway was sentenced on Wednesday in Lackawanna County Court to one month in jail and then two months on work release. Conway pleaded guilty on charges of delivering Oxycontin back in August. He immediately resigned from the police force.

He told the judge he just wants to get clean so he can get on with his life.
