PITTSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY-Our area's youngest police officer was sworn in Wednesday night.

Mason Dantone took his oath.
He's four and half years old.

Our buddy Mason is now the newest member of the Pittston City force.
A year ago, he was diagnosed with a form of cancer known as a wilm's tumor.
Mason had to have a kidney removed.
Today he's in complete remission after quite a battle.
Pittson police also presented a 10-thousand 200-dollar check to the make-a-wish foundation from their softball tournament for Mason.
