HONESDALE, WAYNE COUNTY- A 45-year-old Newfoundland man has been sentenced to a 42 to 96 month prison sentence on Aggravated Assault charges.

Larry Frick was sentenced Thursday. He plead guilty to Aggravated Assault, and four counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person on January 15th.

The charges stemmed from an incident on New Year's Day in Dreher Township. Frick punched a female victim in the head then shot a cross bow dart through a door in an attempt to hit her. He later stuck a sword through another door in an attempt to stab the victim and fire several rifle rounds into the air when the State Police arrived on scene.
