WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- As if winter could hold on any longer, a reprieve from icy temperatures is in the air. A gradual warm up that began the end of this week will be capped by three days with temperatures soaring into the middle 80s. It's a welcome for many in the area who have been stirring to get outdoors.
