SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- The search continues for the parents of a 3-year old girl who was murdered in Scranton.

Investigators said Darak Williams failed to call 911 when he found Kavannah Salvador unresponsive inside their Scranton home last week.

Police are still not saying whether or not they'll file charges against the mother.

In the meantime, the Child's Advocacy Center has set up a fund for Kavannah to help cover the costs associated with her death and also to benefit her brother.
