PLYMOUTH, LUZERNE COUNTY- A fund is in place to help 10 year old Zoe Erin Lambert, who suffers from the rare VATER syndrome, which has left her with just one functioning lung, fused and missing ribs, a curved spine, one kidney and a bladder condition.
