PITTSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY- Mourners gathered this morning to pay final respects to a longtime public servant. A funeral was held this morning in west Pittston for Exeter Mayor Joseph Coyne. The 70-year-old politician was in his 3rd term as mayor when he died Sunday from brain cancer. Coyne previously served on Exeter council and on the borough's police force. | | |
