LEWISBURG, UNION COUNTY- Funerals are being held this weekend for two Union County children who drowned last weekend.

A funeral was held Saturday for 11-year-old Assunda Rotolo of Lewisburg while a funeral will be held Sunday for 8-year-old Leslie Davis, Jr. of Mifflinburg.

Divers found the bodies of the children last Monday in the Susquehanna River at Lewisburg after an all-day search.

The children disappeared last Sunday evening after they told family members they were going swimming in the river.

Their deaths were ruled accidental and police didn't file any charges.
