WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The Kentucky Derby was the theme of the annual Osterhout Free Library Fund Raiser.
Ladies donned their fancy hats, dixie land music filled the air and there was a mint julep or two served. This was the fourth year for the event which has raised almost a half million dollars for the library and its many programs. WBRE-TV's Lyndall Stout served as the emcee for the evening.
