MOOSIC, LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- A garbage truck caught fire in Lackawanna County, tying up traffic on a busy highway during the morning commute.
It happened along the southbound lane of Interstate 81 at the Davis Street exit around 8:30. The exit was closed for about an hour while crews cleaned up.
The driver of the truck tells us the fire just seemed to come out of nowhere. Only the garbage caught fire. The truck was not damaged. | | |
