Gay Porn Murder Trial Enters Week Two - Monday, March 2, 2009 at 5:10PM EST
WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- There was stunning testimony Monday in the sensational murder trial of a gay porn producer in Luzerne County Court. Harlow Cuadra is accused of killing Brian Kocis of Dallas Township in 2007.
The jury heard tape recorded conversations between Cuadra, admitted killer Joseph Kerekes and a porn movie producer and actor.
The man who wore the FBI wire is Grant Roy. Roy tape recorded conversations he had with Cuadra and Kerekes in April of 2007. It took place at a restaurant in San Diego 3 months after Kocis was found slashed to death in his burned home.
The jury heard Cuarda and Kerekes talk about the murder of Kocis. Prosecutors allege that Cuadra was trying to eliminate Kocis as a competitor in the gay porn movie business.
Kocis was brutally stabbed to death and his home torched in January of 2007.
Cuadra could face the death penalty if convicted. Kerekes has already pled guilty to second degree murder. He is serving life in prison. | |
