ROARING BROOK TWP., LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A major accident on Interstate 84 in Lackawanna County left a girl pinned in the wreckage for more than 3 hours late Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened on I-84 at mile marker 3. That's Roaring Brook Township.
Police say a car and tractor trailer collided and the car was pinned under the trailer. A girl was pulled from the wreckage more than 3 hours after the accident happened.
That girl and two others in the car, a man and a child, were all taken to Scranton CMC. ThereÕs no word on how theyÕre doing.
Traffic was backed up for more than four miles following the accident. | | |
