A crowd collected inside Valley Seafood in Wilkes-Barre waiting for their Good Friday dinner orders. In the back more than twenty employees crammed in to fry up and fulfill each order.

The top sellers at Premo's Bakery in Parsons were nut and poppyseed rolls, cookies, cakes and danishes. The lines formed fast and furious. The owners have been working non-stop for weeks. Everything inside the business is hand rolled. It's a tradition started by Premo Sorbelli and is continued today by his widower and children. Customers leave with their hands full ready for the holiday.
