HARRISBURG -- Governor Ed Rendell is signing a bill to rename a portion of Route 611 in Coolbough Township.
The highway will be known as the Trooper Joshua D. Miller Memorial Highway. It will stretch from Tobyhanna to Interstate 380.
Miller was killed on June 7th during a shootout with a kidnapping suspect along that stretch of Route 611 in Monroe County. | |
