SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY Ð More than two months after the deadline and there is still no state budget.

Dozens of people rallied Sunday in Scranton to make sure programs like Meals on Wheels don't lose its funding.

Pennsylvania's fiscal budget stalemate is now 68 days old. Organizers of the rally say hundreds of people in Lackawanna County rely on the service.

Organizers state budget impasse hurts the most vulnerable citizens. They're also asking people to help out by donating to Meals on Wheels.
