NUREMBURG, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY- It may not be Extreme Makeover Home Edition but a Schuylkill County foster father's home is getting a much-needed facelift.

Volunteers from the First Baptist Church in Georgetown, South Carolina helped members of the Hazleton Community Church fix up John Fritz's Nuremburg home. They're re-coating the roof and renovating the bathroom.

Fritz calls the home improvements a blessing. “We're open to as many kids as they can send us, along as we've got the room and if we don't we'll find the room," he said.

Right now, Fritz cares for four foster children, and plans are in the works to welcome at least one more.
