LUZERNE CO. - A man is taken to the hospital after crashing his car in Wilkes-Barre .

Around the same time and place, police say a gun shot was fired.

This all happened along Bowman St. about 11 p. m. last night.

Police say the man lost control of his car and hit three parked cars.

Officers would not confirm if the crash and the gun shot are related.
