DICKSON CITY, LACKAWANNA COUNTY - The search continues tonight for three robbery suspects in Lackawanna County. One gunshot was fired during a hold-up early Monday morning at the Turkey Hill on Main Street in Dickson City.

Police say the robbery happened just before 2:00 AM. They are now working to secure surveillance pictures from the crime for broadcast. Investigators say a single gunshot was fired during the hold-up but no one was hurt.

Two of the suspects were wearing bandanas over their faces. The third was wearing a hockey mask.

"We know we're looking for a white female, a black male and a white male. We have video surveillance of their clothing description and stature but we don't know exactly who they are just yet," officer Brian Munley from the Dickson City Police Department said.

Investigators say the bandits fired a single gunshot after a female clerk challenged their demands for money.

"The clerk didn't seem like she was too scared at first and she called them out on the weapon and the one male fired a round off into the Tasty Kake rack and she cooperated then," Munley said.

Police say the suspects got away with an unknown amount of cash and cigarettes. They took off on foot but may have had a getaway car nearby.
