HAITI -- The U. S. Geological Survey says Wednesday morning's 6.0 aftershock was centered 26 miles west-northwest of the Haitian town of Jacmel.

This comes just eight days after the devastating 7.0 earthquake that leveled the capital. There were no reports of damage or casualties from this morning's quake.
