HARFORD, SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY

The Harford Fair in Susquehanna County opened to the public on Monday morning. The popular fair is in its 151st year!

The fair runs through August 23. It features agricultural exhibits and competitions. This year's schedule includes a local and antique Tractor Pull, a Woodman's Contest, and Demolition Derby.

Cindy Reynolds is a member of the Fair's Board of Directors. She says it's a family fair that focuses of area agriculture.

There are 7,926 exhibits at this year's fair. Additionally there is on going competition featuring livestock, entertainment, food stands and amusement rides.

Mrs. Reynolds expects to see 65,000 to 75,000 people at the Harford Fair before it closes on Saturday night, August 23rd.
