Sunbury, Northumberland County -

Police say Harrell killed twenty-five year old David Moore of Sunbury and twenty-four year old Crystal Gordon of Selinsgrove. Both victims were shot to death at Moore's North 4th Street home. The District Attorney's office is considering whether to make this a death penalty case.
