HAZLE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- Police say they have the man who held up a bank with a tire iron.
State police say 31-year-old Mark Herrick threatened a teller at the PNC Bank in Hazle Township earlier this month.
Troopers say they picked him up Sunday in Montgomery County. Investigators say Herrick is in the Norristown State Hospital.
When he gets out, he will return to face charges in Luzerne County.
