0/ 5 rating HAZLE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY -- It was a celebration of all things Italian in Hazle Township Saturday.

Strolling musician Danny Farole was just one part of the third annual Bell-Italia Festival at Hazle Township Community Park.

Aside from the live music -- people were enjoying traditional Italian food -- and even a bocce tournament.

Organizers from UNICO unico say it's all about celebrating your family history. Joe Cerullo says, "The overall tone here, yes, is to preserve our heritage. And I'm one in favor of, no matter what your nationality is, I think you need to preserve your heritage."

The festival wraps-up with a fireworks display.
