Head Start Receives nearly $97,000 MOUNT POCONO, MONROE COUNTY - Congressman Kanjorski announced a grant for nearly $97,000 that will go to Monroe County head start programs. The money will go toward hiring six new teachers and allowing the organization to send nine of it's teachers back to school to earn their Bachelors Degrees.
