WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY -- K & S Kwik Stop on East Third Street in Williamsport is accused of overcharging customers. Investigators from the State Attorney General’s office say they charges customers for more heating oil than was delivered. Sometimes, as much as 20 percent more.
Three company officers are also being sued. They're accused of breaking consumer protection laws. The court has temporarily ordered "K and S" to stop doing business.
