Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County - Joe Zambito saw it from his business on High Street. Daniel Doran of Wilkes-Barre saw it too. Doran and Zambito are talking about Randal Rushing's arrest. It happened here at 268 High Street Thursday night.

Now police say the men who lived here were selling drugs. Zambito says he knew something was up.

The home had surveillance cameras installed. The first floor is condemned. Some aren't surprised it was a drug house. Millie Chrzanowski's family lives in the neighborhood. She was taken back by Thursday's arrest.

Martha Marsey is just moving into her new High Street home. We told her about Rushing's manhunt and three drug arrests on High Street. Despite of this she is still moving in.

But for now the house that was the center of a massive investigation Thursday, sits silent.
