TANNERSVILLE, MONROE COUNTY- Police closed off the scene of a fatal hit and run on Interstate 80 westbound near the Tannersville exit Wednesday at around 9 p. m. Arthur Clyde Pierce Jr., 63, of Campwood , TX , was struck and killed next to his flat bed tractor trailer that had pulled over to the shoulder. Police believe the hit and run vehicle is a black sedan, possibly a Hyundai, which may have severe damage to its right side and be missing part of the front passenger door.
