SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Lackawanna County Magistrate has ruled that criminal charges against home builder Scott Binsak will be bound over for court action.
Binsak owned the Mansions and Estates home building company based in Clarks Summit. He was arrested in July of 2007 on charges of passing bad checks and harassment. His Preliminary hearing began in August.
Binsak was released from the Lackawanna County Prison Thursday afternoon after posting $75,000.
