Cyber Monday is one of the busiest online shopping days of the year. So before you squeeze in a little shopping from your desk at work Consumer reporter Jeff Chirico is here to help us find the deals.
And there are quite a few deals. More retailers say they're offering Cyber Monday sales than ever before. What do those sales look like? It could be anything from free shipping --cash back --- half off. One retailer is even giving away computers today. You just need to know where to look.
One site is . This is a division of the National Retail Federation. It lists specials from 650 plus retailers --including major ones like Toys R Us, Macy’s and online retailer eToys. You'll find hourly specials at this site Monday.
Second-- Its part of the new Bing search engine. Bing shopping offers cash back on certain products from certain retailers. So if you buy an iPod Nano for instance, you get ten percent off. That money can be sent to you as a check or direct deposited into your bank account.
Next, also offers cash back rewards but it also scours sites for top bargains. But what I found helpful --a great forum where users list the best deals they found. Finally, social media sites are on fire this year.
