STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY- A Monroe County jury could not return a verdict against an accused burglar and arsonist.

A hung jury returned to the courtroom Friday in the trial of 33-year-old Randy Hazen.

Hazen is accused of robbing 'The Cantina' on Main Street in Stroudsburg and setting the building on fire. It happened back in March of last year.

His alleged accomplice, 25-year-old Matthew Belasco, has already pleaded guilty in connection with the case in return for his prosecution testimony.

Prosecutors say Hazen stole a $2,200 guitar from an office and later returned to the scene to set fire to the building.

A retrial is scheduled for March.
