LUZERNE COUNTY- Massive trees came crashing down in Tuesday night’s storms. One landed on top of Janet Rupp’s house in Hunlock Creek. She was surprised by the speed and power of the storm. “It was fast and furious. It didn’t last long but it did a lot of damage in short amount of time," she said.

Just down the road, trees fell onto power lines along Route 239. Power was out for most of the day.

In Larksville the powerful winds took down trees around a house but amazingly didn’t do any damage. Ken Kocher said, "It must have come in here took the top of the trees off split that one them must have jumped down in here pretty lucky here."
