Starting this week the stretch of road between the Pittston and Nuangola exits will come under intense patrolling. State police and PennDot are behind what they are calling "Focus-81". Under the plan, State Police can double the fines for aggressive driving which includes unsafe lane changing and tailgating. Troopers say cars and trucks on the section of road are going too fast and that means dangerous conditions.
