FOSTER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- The I-Team has obtained new information in an alleged volatile relationship that police say ended in murder Wednesday.

49-year-old Bobby Komrowski stands accused of stabbing his lover, 31-year-old Amy Comly at his Foster Township home.

But the story now takes a bizarre turn. Documents including a Protection From Abuse Order, obtained by the I-Team, allege Bobby Komrowski grabbed and jerked Amy Comly, pulled her to the ground and covered her mouth with his hand in a home on Kidder Street. That was Saturday Morning.

Records show Comly immediately filed an emergency P.F.A., asking Bobby Komrowski be kept away from her. A formal order was signed in Luzerne County Court Wednesday morning.

Just hours later Comly was dead from apparent stab wounds. Police and county detectives spent hours at 73 Autumn Drive in Foster Township. Arrest papers detail the couple talked, had sex, and then erupted into a bloody battle.

Neighbor Jim Granato said, “We're absolutely shocked. That's the place where everyone knows everyone. Never been anything like this before.”

The District Attorney's office says it doesn't know yet why Amy Comly traveled to her alleged abuser's home. The unmarried couple had a 3-year-old son. A court document indicates on Saturday Komrowski wanted to take his son with him, leading to a fight over custody.

Komrowski maintains through arrest papers he took a knife off of Comly after she allegedly stabbed him in the arm. He says in court papers he then lost it, grabbed the knife and stabbed her seven or eight times.

That jerk needs to die. Amy was a good, good, person and a fantastic mother to Dalton. I hope that he never finds out what his father did to his mother. The guy always gave me the creeps but Amy said that he had changed since earlier arrests.
