PLEASANT MOUNT, WAYNE COUNTY --A Wayne County couple is homeless after Wyoming Homes fails to deliver the house they paid for. It's a story you'll only see on Eyewitness News. Consumer and I-Team reporter Jeff Chirico has been investigating the well-known mobile and modular home dealer. He has new details on this troubled company.

We told you last month about dozens of customer complaints against Wyoming Homes. This time, a couple has received excuse after excuse why their home is four months late. But today the I-Team confirms their home hasn't even been ordered.

“I wish you would shut that off so I could talk to you first. What are you going to tell me off camera that you can't tell me on camera?" Wyoming Homes president Dave Valenti didn't want to talk about what's leading this man to picket his Honesdale sales office every day since last month.

Mike Agolia Waiting for home "I'm out here because they have 60k of my money." Looking to retire in Pennsylvania, Mike Agolia and his wife built the foundation for a modular home in Pleasant Mount. "It’s been ready since February." That's when the home they paid more than 57 thousand dollars for was supposed to arrive.

"This is where we've been staying." --in a camper on their property. No power. He uses buckets to collect water from a nearby swamp.

A mechanic by trade, Mike retired early because of his Parkinson's disease. He can't believe he's now homeless. “I've seen it on tv. Poor people. I pray for them every night on rosary but i never thought it would happen to me."

Dave Valenti told Mike and me that Skyline Home mfrs are building the home. But a company rep tells the I-Team they are not building any homes for Wyoming Homes customers and have severed ties with the company."

Dave Valenti/president, Wyoming Homes "I spoke to skyline today they say they are no longer doing business with your company. That's not true. That's what they tell me. Are they lying then? No. They're not lying. They want to see. It's hard to explain."

Mike just wants to know where his life savings is. He's trying to remain positive although his wife has filed for divorce. "Dave Valenti. He destroyed another marriage and more lives."

The I-Team knows of another customer going through something similar. The Wayne County district attorney says he'll take a look at the case to see if any crime's have been committed. Valenti says he'll pay Mike back by next week.
